Yeah ive taken a glp1 (Trizepatide) and it worked well besides the normal side effects and like i took a bit too much but im looking for something stronger and not just for weight loss and i wasnt too big anyway currectly 6ft 190lb

You do realize half of the primal diet is milk and honey which is pretty much the highest source of carb/sugar in the world

fat is the worst nutrient ever, extremely useless just take testosterone bro

also fat rapes u as a t1d and turns u ir after a while.. im also pretty shit at digesting fat makes me feel horrible, depleting my tryptophan and raping my serotonin.. im depressed everytime i eat it as a t1d..

who knows maybe he can tolerate it good, still isnt good for him, hes better off eating extremely lean meat and honey and milk and wtv else

take roids, they make u insulin sensitive, u can take hgh too aslong as u take metformin
