thats the most expensive way im talking outside of Erda or FGFR3 inhibitors or incelerex im saying mostly orals androgens were shown to increase FAH in studies done on kids with turner syndrome or ISS but someone them were paired with rnGH or puberty blockers to slow down bone maturation which made the androgens grow them while not closing their plates to quick so im asking what androgens can have the same effect without closing the plates to early
The problem with these studies is that they show people which are on a extreme (eg: achondroplasia having too much FGFR3). And clinically cannot be taken as a statement for everyone, because they havent compared anything yet. The best approach to becoming the height you want is at this point, as much as i hate to say it myself aswell. LL, which is well researched, can have the exact outcome you want. With minimal side effects to no side effects.
They increase growth velocity in some cases and they inhibit RUNX2 which is good but they won't give yo uthat much unless your bone age is delayed
