I'm 16 too i mean i want to be a diver i'm 184cm for 60kg i'm really skinny maybe it will help me gaining more muscle

You should lift naturally imo for a little bit at least. 60kg is really skinny.

Neither marpe or roids will give you the ccw rotation you want, only surgery can.
