Most guys look ideal after one year of lifting natty. You don't need insane gains the issue is these guys are comparing themselves with other men in the gym. Yeah if you hang around ripped guys all day you will be small but you look better then 80% of men automatically after a year body wise. It has diminishing returns and you look like a freak after a certain point
