roids with genetically high cholesterol

I was on accutane, and my bloodwork came back showing that I have high cholesterol (runs in my dads side).
Is there any way I can still safely take test or any other roid? Im looking at test, reta, hgh, and some peptides but im not super educated on their effects, and if they will legit put me at risk of any cardiovascular issues.

obviously you need to be more careful if you are predisposed to that so you should reduce saturated fat intake (stick to white meat) and get frequent bloodwork during your cycle if you decide to go through

get a glucose monitor, cut most carbs and high cholesterol foods, take reta while on hgh.
