just check bodybuilding forums they usually have peer reviewed source lists for UGLs that are actually trusted based on real user feedback (bloodwork, consistency, side effects, etc.) it’s not random guessing either. the good ones build reputation through repeated verification from the community and the bad ones get exposed pretty fast. only catch is most of those sources run off crypto since it is all anonymous.
