Discussion romanticizing death is the key to happiness

holding on to dear life is the reason sadness lives rent free inside your head

you're too delusional about your future to simply ldar
yet you suffer now for something you might never even reach

it's a mindless chase for happiness you may never grasp
although giving up feels wrong, it will bring you peace quicker

you stop chasing, you stop expecting, and the pain fades until you care again
the only thing holding you back is the fear that death might catch up while you take a break
once death starts being romanticized and downplayed, this is when true comfort is acquired

whatever happens will happen

if that's "unproductive" and "lazy"
then i guess im unproductive and lazy

once you stop running away from your fate in a field full of spikes
once you stop hurting your feet in hopes of finding an exit
once you simply lay down and accept it...

facts, living in the moment and not caring about your future/death saves you a lot of stress (which ironically extends your lifespan)

romanticizing death is the way to die with a smile on your face. if you didnt have any expectations to begin with, what would there be to regret?
