Romosozumab increases bone formation by inhibiting sclerostin, and this mechanism can increase bone mass in any individual, regardless of baseline bone density. Though when not prescribed it’s hard to get your hands on.

it can also risk heart attacks, strokes, and cardiovascular-related death.
