he stands at 6'1 as an adult but he grew up in portugal where the average is only 5'8.5 for young men. this means his height equivalent in the west is around 6'2.5 (average white in the west is around 5'10 if we only include people with majority british ancestry who make up the majority). 6'2.5 is around the 95th percentile in the west so that was his height percentile in portugal. I dont think he was a late bloomer so he always felt tall as fuck. he probably would've been the 2nd tallest in the class every year throughout schooling.
