All Iberians, regardless of phenotype, have Northern African DNA (mainly Galicians. Northern African DNA in Iberia increases in a east to west continuum, Basques and Catalans have less NA admixture), except for pure Basques, but that doesn't mean they are Northern Africans, the same way your average Peruvian and Bolivian is not Spanish for having Spanish admixture and, well, Spanish ancestry in Andean America is stronger than the NA imput in Iberia.
Regarding Ronaldo, he doesn't look like your typical Northern African, who pass better as a triracial Caribbean/Brazilian than an Iberian/Southern European.
And I have to say that Brazilians and Portuguese people fighting on the Internet is funny, since they are both countries with a HUGE inferiority complex:
Portugal - for being a peripheral country in the global scale and wrongly assumed by many to be a Spanish province, Portuguese love to brag about their past colonial empire, when nobody nowadays give a shit about it. Even their neighbour, Spain, is richer and way more influential/know in a global scale than Portugal.
Brazil - for being a majority mixed race and unequal country. Brazilians from the Southeast and South discriminate against their northeastern compatriots, for being poorer and less Euro, when these same white Brazilians score some non-European admixture on average and aren't real Europeans.
Summing up: swarthy Euros vs Swarthy Latinos fighting over who's whiter and less swarthy, while Northern Euro countries mog them.
