Yes, that’s part of why Meds age so well, I don’t know about Portugal but when I was in Italy I was amazed at how good everyone in their 30s, 40s, even 50s+ looked. They have features like naturally lean faces that are advantageous for aging to begin with, and then they take care of themselves, Meds win the aging game hands down.
