[ROPE?] mewing gave me bimaxillary protrusion

I have a recessed lower third, and I started mewing two years ago I hopes I will move my maxilla and jaw forward a bit. At the same time I started using Invisalign, fast forward to now my maxilla did not move forward, it just became more convex and made my front two teeth look bigger. my lower jaw stayed in the same position.

I now look like Lamelo ball except im not 6'6", should I rope?

I don't believe this. Can you show proof? Such as the X-rays you must have taken before and after your Invisalign.

You did it wrong. You should push with the back of your tongue and NOT touch your teeth.
