i’m fourteen and i wanna max out my looks give me good tips (softmaxx only) rate me aswell

Ur 14 dude just get good sleep, good nutrition and maybe some work out preferably a sport

i eat good at home usually rice and chicken, i also play ball every day for like 2 hours, i wanna start hitting the gym but dont know where to start.

U dont have to worry about gym yet, keep doing whatever sport ur doing for 2 years then when u hit 16 u can think about going to the gym

Make sure that you are mewing and chewing hard foods as much as humanly possible. If you can order some Falim Gum or Mastic Gum. Also eat some fruits with the rice and chicken.

Also for the gym just do full body 3 times a week, hit every muscle group with 2 sets each day you go.
