That's way too general, although of course it's true sometimes. If people start spreading your shit around to other websites beyond org and start reuploading it along with your org username then you're screwed, but if not for that then you can remove the pictures and they will not be hosted anywhere else on the web. Even if @Master keeps a dirty little unsecured database on the servers of everybody's faces for himself, since they're not indexed the AI can't reach the pictures.
