Ropefuel smile

I’ve always been quiet and kept to myself.
Im trying to grow out of the “loser” image but not sure how, Im tall, average looking but cant socialise. The biggest problem I have is I can’t smile. When I try Its uncomfortable and makes me look disgusting, the best way I can describe it is like mr bean. What is the real problem and how can I go about fixing this
