Anyone know what's this bulging and red ellipses (I put them inside the black contours) on my cheeks. They are not my undereye area, they are directly on top of my cheeks and squishy.

How do I treat these?

looks like a fat pad sliding down/losing shape due to aging

Plus weak maxilla I think, the bone isn't supporting the fatty tissue.

possible, but not necessary

this happens even to people with good bones, it's aging
Do you think the reddish color can be related to sun damage? I also smoked a lot of cigarettes and never wore sunscreen so maybe the redness comes from that?

Never even begun. For knowing the terms so that I can research, what exactly make them ass?
They're extremely low set and strange, it gives u the apparence of being constantly tired

When it never began for you but you keep tryna start.

I don't think I can solve this shit with a simple tret-based skin-care routine.

Time to hardmaxxx but Ian even know what type of shit I need to search for this condition.

If i were u I'd give mewing a try depending on ur age, i think it's cope but it's worth a try especially cause it promises to bring ur cheekbones up

Damaged skin from bonesmashing.

Reincarnationmaxxxing is too legit.

Just so someone can benefit from it, I found what it is:

i have those and they are called festoons

they aren't a good trait but they seem common on people with wide cheekbones, probably caused by that combined with having a weak maxilla i think

It’s called a malar festoon

It is a local swelling of tissue above the septum in your cheek

It looks worse if you have a poor ability to drain lymph fluid

And is greatly exacerbated by smoking and sun damage

The only true solution is surgical

However aggressive co2 laser can nearly diminish it in most cases temporarily

Without a doubt my G, Ian even took those maxilla, bonesmash cats seriously because it seemed very much like a skin issue and in my particular case, I know they got exacerbated after I picked up smoking and never wore sunscreen.

As you said I am looking at the surgeons that treat this, which is not that common because it is one of the more difficult eye area conditions.

Have you got surgery done on these?
