You're overrating ESR, it's just one harmony ratio and doesn't determine if eyes appear close or wide set. Someone can have an ESR of 0.46 with eyes that appear severely close set, or they can have an ESR of 0.43 with eyes that appear neutral/wide set.

Yeah cos now i did a lot lf messurments and my actual esr is 0.44-6 lol and people gave 0.44 up to sub 0.42 lmao
Ima take more test tommorow more accurate to get it perfectly to 0.1 not 0.2 like i calculate averages rn

You can increase your ESR by losing bodyfat. Generally, when going from overweight/obese to low bodyfat you can expect your FWHR to decrease by anywhere from 0.05-0.15+ which can improve ESR.

But ESR in general is kind of overrated and not that good for determining eye spacing.

You need to get to low bodyfat % to have good facial angularity. If you’re still developing though don’t go on a cut because you could stunt your growth.
