how do i get rid of rosacea/eczema i’ve had it since i was little, i’ve tried salacylic acid, asprin, and plenty of lotions nothing seems to work

I have rosacea too, what helped me the most was accutane and skincare products for sensitive skin, theres some good calming moisturizers out there
