Only real solutions are laser (PDL, IPL, KTP) or oral meds like low-dose isotretinoin or doxycycline.

No diet or skincare will do anything, apart from just avoiding alcohol, spice, heat etc. which could trigger more redness.

thanks

how do i know if i have rosacea or KPRF??
Rosacea = central face (nose, cheeks, chin, forehead) with flushing, visible vessels, sometimes bumps/pustules, worsens with triggers.

KPRF = looks like red/pink patchy cheeks with rough “chicken skin” texture from keratosis pilaris, usually symmetrical and not triggered by heat/alcohol.

If it’s smooth skin that just turns red easily then its rosacea. If it’s bumpy with tiny plugs/roughness, KPRF

you can also just google it, or take a pic and ask chatgpt lol

You can cycle hydrocortisone either topically or orally. Make sure to do periods of 1 months max. Mark as solution bhai!
