nose and facial acne in general is caused directly by your diet and hygiene, hygiene includes how frequently you change your pillow case/bed covers.
Something within your diet (which u must observe as of now to improve and avoid further acne) is likely causing breakouts for instance my friends breakouts are caused by dairy consumption
