Rosemary oils is probably the best if you had to choose between those two if you have aga it won't do much of anything tbh castor oil orally would probably be the best oil for AGA even than it's still pretty negligible in terms of effects it stimulates PGE2 which minoxidil does as well

i honestly have no clue becasue this is the first time growing my hair out longer, i use rosemary oil tropically everyday and it seems to be growing faster, argan oil made my hair kinda weird but rosemary is good
