Does anyone know how to reduce and/or heal rotator cuff pain other than bpc157? Thanks.:Comfy:

Been there.
There first thing to do is to avoid dangerous movements. Avoid normal bench press for a while, use ez-bar or neutral grip bar. When doing it, don't place your hands too wide and don't allow to go too low. Avoid movements behind your back/neck, including tricep dips. Overall, for a grip, use "a can/cup rule" - imagine you have half-filled can in your hand. The angle should be such that you don't spill it's content.
Do exercises like face pulls, and rotator cuff eccentric exercises. Do dead hangs on a bar.
Avoid nsaids and cortisone.
Bpc-157 helps but be careful as it may cause anhedonia in some people. Look into tb-500 as well.

Thank you much appreciated Mr.Proper:Comfy::heart:

it always depends on why your shoulder hurts. labrum? tendinitis? bursitis? tendon tear?

i had bursitis, tendonitis and labrum tear and got surgery because my labrum was torn, but what worked absolutely best for me was dead hangs and external rotations. master these 2 and youre most likely fine. a shoulder surgeon made a book about it that you can prevent 99% of all shoulder surgeries this way

I googled all of those and the closest one that describes what I’m feeling is labrum it hurts like in the back but the top and I have minimal movement I found that like pull-ups and dead hangs feel good on it I started to lighter weight in the gym in hopes of it not hurting as bad

if its not a tear its most likely posture related. if its posture related (rounded shoulders etc) focus on fixing the posture: dead hangs, chest stretches, heavy back exercises like rowing and avoid shoulder heavy exercises like benchpress, shoulder press etc until u feel better

MRI (or ultrasound, at least) would be helpful to see.

i had like 4 or 5 of those and they always had another result jfl and at the end i met a surgeon who just tried some movements with my arms, said what he expects it to be and operated and me and it has never been seen on MRIs before (labrum).

the mri even showed i had partial supraspinatus tendon tear which was bullshit as the surgeon said they looked good

Properly done 3T MRI with decent radiologist will tell you the absolute majority of problems with it right. Noisy low quality MRI plus ignorant doc will give unreliable results.

the problem is that when you have any problem in your shoulder, you often end up with a row of problems. like i just had a labrum tear that caused my shoulder not to move properly, so i also got inflammations on bursas, tendons etc. so an MRI will most likely show some of the things you got, but you still dont know from what it comes from

I think it's reasonable to go to sports medicine doctors as they see this pretty often and have to treat it the way the patient would regain function
