ROTTING GAVE ME ACNE

how tf do i fix this??? ive been rotting indoors after my social anxiety went through the roof and i've developed awful acne on my browbridge and eyebrows, its caused a lot of hair loss there namely at both ends of each eyebrow. ive had nearly perfect skin before these last 3 months

fwiw i have very oily skin/hair but this issue wasnt as bad before. ive tried all kinds of cleansers and products but its just gotten worse

Its like a snowball. For example: You are recessed , sad you are recessed , start rotting , after starting rotting you become weak and depressed and get other problems. After that you rope or die from a problem idk
