Rough exfoliation on my face help pls GTFIH

i scrubbed my chin really hard with this towel trying to remove bumps, made it bleed in a bunch of places, then la roche Double Repair afterwords and it burned like hell. Am I fried??

It will help but rough towel exfoliation won’t help with the bumps btw, when your skin is healed try salicylic acid or glycolic acid
