Round lower eyelid - need high iq solutions

Planning on getting filler to mildly lift my lower eyelid since theres alot of volume loss there within the next 4 months for my hollowing since my infras are slightly recessed and cause slight sclera show around the canthal tilt region. I want to know some other solutions for this which would be better and thoughts on my idea of getting filler and YES i know it will migrate and i will dissolve after this is temp before fat grafting.

How do i fix this region where my eyelid droops down and is it actually and infra reason or a fat reason? And any other advice for my eye area would be appreciated

My ideal under eye area ( yes i know this isnt achievable but his lower eyelid is so high which is my goal)
