Lips shape is fine but its dry,dark and look unhealthy. Also brown skin, nasolabial folds , huge bulbounous nose. We are the same age but u look twice as old as i am

Thick skin is very brutal pill, and it also applies to hardmaxxing as well, thick skin is in general very hard to work with when under going cosmetic surgery whereas thinner skinned is alot easier hence why you see ethnic plastic surgery results is often inferior to white, or really anyone with a thinner skin. Nose job is especially prominent, ethnic nose (black,asian) have alot of cartilage and the shape is extremely hard to change while white nose (jew nose, nose bump etc) are very very easy to correct
