They need to diet too. U can’t stay lean if u eat shit every day.

sadly true, most of the guys rated as 'chads' here aren't chads because their looks won't last.

K I forgot how big the diff actually is. But my point that chads need to stay in a deficit if they wanna be lean is still true. There is no ‘lean’ gene. If anything being lean would have been a disadvantage in nature and therefore not a chad trait. Staying lean is just for cosmetic purposes

I think this can be argued from an endocrinal point of view. It's well known that some people have it way easier to gain weight. Hormones and genes have a proveable impact on this, so different bodies act in different ways. Have you noticed the dudes in late teens/early 20s no matter how much they eat stay lean? How would you explain it
