Routine skincare mad progress

I ' basically clean skin every night and rinse it with water in the morning.

Evening :
Salicylic acid OR retinol cream + basic hydrating cream

Morning :
Vitamin C
Adelaic acid cream
50+ sunscreen

I feel like brands don't have their importance but maybe I'm wrong

It should be even clearer in a few months once I'll nullify those brown spots
