Routine with tret

To everyone who uses tret or has knowledge on it:

What should my AM and PM routines be on tret?
I have habo labo thermal spring water face wash, cerave BPO cleanser, melano CC toner, lion pair pimple cream, aveeno daily moistruizer and cetaphil moistruizer for dry skin. And SPF50 sunscreen

Should i get new cleansers or toners or should i just omit them completely? And what should my routines be?

AM – Gentle cleanse with cerave, vitamin C, moisturizer, SPF from la roche posay
PM – Cleanse, tret from skinorac, moisturizer from la roche posay

Can i ask what cerave you use? I use their gentle cleanser for acne and it has benozyl peroxide which i read online is bad for using with tret

Yes can add a moisturiser too to smoothen it

no need for a double cleanse a day, only at night. in the morning you should only wash it with cold water and pat it dry with soft towel.

Bc of the sun & shit, just stay locked inside the house all day & theres no problem. Ideally tret should be used at night

Makes your skin super sensitive to sunlight im pretty sure. But if it works for u then it works ig

yes it works like a weaker hydrocortisone check out the BOTB thread about shrinking ur nose with hydro

Idk if its any good yet I haven't used it long enough to see results but its good at shrinking my nose
