Can someone give me a routine to lose weight and increase muscle mass?

its there a more natural way?
whats the point of doing it natural, your pinning a 8mm needle (tiny) 2x a week splitting reta every 3.5 days (monday thursday/friday) and you dont even have to try to eat

eat less calories for your maintenance and a good amount of protein. lowk just pop those needles if you want fast results
