Royalmail, question for ukcels

Last week I ordered a package from the UK to Poland. The seller claims he shipped it and gave me the tracking number. On the RoyalMail website when I enter the tracking number it says "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference. Please try again tomorrow". So my question is, the seller lied to me and didn't send or is it Royalmail fault? How long does it take for the package to be delivered from UK to Poland?

Usually Royal Mail takes like 48 hours max, for your package to be traceable.

Yeah I got that as well a while ago think when I ordered mk677. It came eventually though, just took forever. Like 2 months I think
