So I have kinda narrow palate I found a doctor in my country who would do for 550 bucks but they will do a checkup if i really need it then I would need to pay 300 bucks for it. Should I do it or no? Would it ascend me or no? I don't have full smile and my palate is narrow i think.

remember RPE only works before the palate fuses, so after its fuses RPE doesnt work and theres no point (closes after puberty) you have to get a scan first and check if its still open, but if its still open, 100% do it because if you have a 6-tooth smile it’ll give you a 8-10 tooth smile and your maxilla may improve slighly, so more slightly more projected midface. But remember the palate fuses at 16-18 so you gotta act fast
