They are still useless in gaming, plus AMD's new version ai upscaling is somewhat even superior to DLSS.
both GPUs have driver problems (AMD always had them)

Raytracing is lowkey important to me as i wanna finally play cyberpunk 2077. Not interested in dlss or fsr though. Dass is frauding of gaming

Well RT is indeed still lacking on AMD, perhaps you should see some benchmarks to really understand how well games would run first
