If in dire need then just use .5 dutasteride, it's also a lot easier to take a pill

DHT can still bind to the AR as it’s very competitive even with ru that’s why a combo of fin and ru is best

Systematic dht blockers are fine to take. If you have sleep issues megadose melatonin or try DSIP, but you shouldn't let that be the sole reason you might be bald in the future

The issue is GABA down regulation. Either way I’ll try the topical approach first. If it works great. If it doesn’t then I’ll just take the oral version.

Soon I’ll do a cycle of test so I’ll likely need oral anyways

I had some signs and then RU solved them still no further loss but I think it’s time to start 5ARs too even for prevention
