RU58841 is terrible and it got discontinued for a good reason, stop using it

ru58841 has a binding affinity for the AR of 1.1nM

for reference 5a-dihydrotestosterone has a binding affinity for the AR in the scalp of around 0.25-0.5nM

That means that ru58841 doesnt outcompete DHT at the scalp and allows it to bind

KX-826 meanwhile has a binding affinity of 0.28nM wich is roughtly DHT binding affinity

Also ru58841 has an lc50 of 100nM while KX-826 has an lc50 of also 0.28nM, meaning you need roughly 350 times more of it to have the same effect

I take dut 2-3x a week works terrific. No negative sides too, had more sides on topical microdosing of fin than oral dut. Superior drug overall

Ye it worked for acne as fuck too, I used it for that as well. Fin dissolved into alcohol, I would apply somewhere 0.1-0.2 mg fin onto my scalp and skin daily, I guess? I tried anything betwen 0.001% to 0.01% lol, still had sides with enough application in volume of any of those. Fin is a super potent drug, even 0.05 mg oral suppresses serum DHT as fuck. 0.005% has been used in one study for hair loss with success.

Topical dut has mixed reviews, might suck at penetrating skin due to its large molecular size + being very lipophilic I think. Needs specific formulations to maybe work. If you have too much sides on daily oral dut 2-3x a week can still be very effective. Is for me. Clear skin as fuck on dut + microdosing retinoids too.

Dutasteride + retinoids will blast those sebaceous glands to normal/small size if done long enough. Both will shrink them together assuming not roiding of course lol.
