No one knows as there are no scientific studies released about this drug, only anecdotal evidence. However, it is an anti-androgen, a quite powerful in fact; if it goes systematic it will for sure cause side effects since it blocks all androgen binding, including testosterone. The key is to adjust your dosing so that it is enough to block androgens on your scalp with as little RU going systematic as possible. Start around 50mg/day if you want to try.
