Hi, im 16 and i come from a south Asian ethnic background ground so with that im extremely recessed with recessed maxilla and infras. I was told to wear rubber bands to fix my overbite from the back of my teeth to near my front. I was wondering from your guys opinion do I wear them or will it recess me even more? I don’t want to get recessed bc I got dark deep lines under my eyes along with deep dark smile lines. I am also suppose to get a palate expander soon as I got a very narrow palate.
