I basically am beginning to suffer the effects of circumcision because I jack off too much

My penis is not smooth anymore, it's nowhere near as bad as the left pic but it has small ridges. It is still moisturized but it no longer has the same sensitivity as a few years ago. Before, I could barely touch it, but now it can be touched without too much issue. My penis is becoming keratinized (calloused). Thankfully, I do not suffer from death grip, my frenulum is still fairly sensitive and I have no issues during sex.
More and more effects of my addiction are becoming clear.
