Mobility? Your stupid humans are disiegned to be stiff,if we gain flexibility we are just destroying and weakining our ligaments/muscles,that's why the more muscle the less flexible,if you are lean and your body is young you will be just the right amount flexible,loss of mobility comes from ageing
