Is running cope for growing taller? I have already talked with many people about this and everybody says different things. Some people say you should run at least 2x a week others say it is just cope. Some say jogging is the best way.
I just need this answered

This study shows that six months of high volume endurance running in previously sedentary men led to a significant decrease in resting testosterone levels. It does not prove that running permanently destroys testosterone or affects all men. The results suggest that intensive endurance training can temporarily lower testosterone in some individuals, likely due to physiological adaptations.

Read your studies before you talk about something that is not true!

Bro really cited one study that showed a decrease as if that means anything.

Start literally any new physical activity and your test will probably drop shortly after.

Also its not like there is a meaningful difference between 400-1000 test in individuals who aren't on exogenous testosterone.

Its the same thing as the people who think that eating taking melatonin before the gym will spike their GH so they don't have to take HGH :lul:

I’d say HIIT (high intensity interval training) 2-3x per week is enough, and better than long-distance running for what you’re trying to do.

Put effort into having good recovery or this could stress your body more than necessary. If you can’t handle 3x a week, just lower the frequency

Exercise in general tends to support development and growth, so just stay active. If you don’t want to do HIIT, play a sport or something

What also supports growth is staying lean to prevent excess aromatization and potentially closing your plates early

running for height is cope or health is cope, running for weight loss is dope, but walking is better
