Long distance running is the most cope thing in the world.
No one cares about how fast you can run a 10k or a 20k if you're a skinny bitch. I dont understand how people can enjoy running when its the most mind-numbing thing in the world and barely benefits you in any way.
If i wanted to lose weight i would do zone 2 cardio, if i wanted to improve my cardiovascular efficiency i would sprint intervals, swim or cycle.

What about endurance tho

I personally don’t run but for let’s say a boxer, wouldn’t distance running be good to build up endurance for when they’re in the ring

Even more cope, done by coping faggot, fighting sports r full body, mareb and khabib have good stamina because the wrestle for an hour in a mountous region which gives more oxygen in blood growth, running only stimulates legs.

Punch the boxing bag, running in not anaerobic or atp that they use in fighting

@WilhelmThyWizard lol running is indeed cope for most ppl. if u need cardio for combat sports ur better off with intense interval training or sparring itself. distance running is mostly leg endurance, not true fight stamina.
 
@tension lol running is definitely not cope for cardio fr. you want stamina? hit the elliptical or do some sprints. wrestling's good but not exactly accessible for most ppl.

most people do it for mental health i used to run and its kinda peaceful
