Man, today i run like i was made from feather, felt light and agile, looking up and hearing ''gonna fly now'' from rocky (i dont listen to music but song stuck in my head). Its such a good thing man.

How much time do you have to run before it begins to become pleasurable? Do you just need to get over the first stage of being very unfit?

How much time do you have to run before it begins to become pleasurable? Do you just need to get over the first stage of being very unfit?
It was my like 5th run, like 3rd 4.8km run. All werenr hard, but last one was nice. Im sinny with long legs and i was t out of shape so it wasnt hard. Endurance comes quick tbh, its not building musle. You just need to put effort.

I found some running programs that you could try and shit. Or just run slow with converstaional pace 2 or 3 times a week an dincrese distance slowly. After 2 months you will be better. If you cant run just start dli g fast pace walks.

Indeed you need to take life into your own hands. I'm beginning to realize this tbh. My life has pretty much hit 1 of the worst phases it has ever been in even though I'm in the best physical shape of my life. I need to do better. I need to start today.

Imo you should be well rounded mashine. Being able to run, swim bike at long and short distances, lift, do pull ups and humas flag and all that shit. Im dubbing and doing calisthenics. After getting my driver licence im learing how to swim
