I started to run like 10km a day, with some rest days when my calves cant handle it, and ive seen so many results, my face looks slimmer, also my body, im sleeping better, i have better mobility, agility and energy, idk if its optimal for everyone but for me it always worked so well, so ill stick to it
 
good for fat people. However if you already got good genetics like me you dont need it
