What’s up,
I’m planning to start my second cycle in about three to four weeks, depending on how my bloodwork comes back. The cycle will last roughly 14–16 weeks,
My current plan is:
For the first four weeks, I’ll run 250 mg of Test E per week.
After week four, I plan to increase the testosterone to 500 mg per week and add 30 mg of Anavar daily for another four weeks.
Once the Anavar portion is finished, I’ll continue with 500 mg of Test E per week for the remaining six to eight weeks. I’m also considering adding HCG during the final two weeks of the cycle to get my nuts reactivated again.
Around two weeks after my final injection, I plan to begin PCT in an attempt to restore my natural hormone production. Obviously, there is always the possibility that recovery may not go as planned, and I understand that I could potentially end up needing to cruise on a lower testosterone dose long term.
For estrogen management, I have Arimidex available at 0.5 mg, where im probably take EOD as needed
I’ll also be using topical minoxidil to help manage potential hair loss. I plan to keep up with my general health supplements, diet, hydration, cardio and regular bloodwork throughout the cycle so im not gigadead by the end of this.
My main goal is to add as much quality size as possible while limiting unnecessary fat gain, water retention and bloating. Ideally, I would like to gain around 15–20 pounds overall while retaining as much of it as possible after the cycle.
I’m interested in hearing from people with experience regarding recovery and general harm reduction. I’m not looking to recklessly increase dosages—I mainly want to make sure I approach everything as intelligently and responsibly as possible for my 2nd time whilst also getting the maximum amount of lean muscle on me.
