Running ~300mg+ Test E
Problem: I’m getting getting blurred don’t track calories (that shit is gay and I won’t do it long-term). I just eat 3-4 meals and snacks and train hard. Surplus is obviously too aggressive and the bloat/water is killing the abs
What should I add alongside the Test to help with maingaining while staying drier/leaner without having to micromanage food?
Already running telmisartan + eplerenone for BP/bloat. Zone 2 is in (240 min/week target). Training is specialized upper-body focus with legs in push/pull dayz
Looking for compounds that help control fat gain and water while on Test. Not “just eat less ” .
