Running trt till lean then blast

I was thinking to lean out to 12 percent bf its gonna take me about a month or two so i was thinking to do trt 250mg weekly for two months
then blast for 16 weeks 500 test weekly
then do a pct


I cant be on test forever as i have to do alot of travelling

Because the effects of being enhanced are greatly amplified on someone who is already low body fat. Especially if your end goal is to get lean, a test blast will not achieve that on its own. Certainly not for cutting is you are "fat". Test is the base of every cycle and a test blast is mostly done for strength, performance, recovery and achieving a supraphysiological hormonal state.

but wouldnt it be beneficial to be on 250 test while getting leaner and when i am lean enough just bulk and blast?

My suggestion is that you prove to yourself that you can get fit without having to rely on test in the first place. Once you reach a satisfying range, your first cycle of test whether it be 250 or a full blast will be impressive.
