Thing were better back then. We all had few housing, free holiday homes, good paying jobs, free food and water, we had everything we could ever want for free. It collapsed because it wasn’t sustainable. My mom loves it because she was indoctrinated in her youth (pioneers), and she’s authoritarian. But her stories of it makes me think of what a sh*thole to be honest, like how she had to work for 6 months with no pay and how she had to work the farm fields in her schooldays.
