imagine spending 2k hours practicing a recoil pattern just for the devs to dumb it down to sub room temperature iq tier, congrats you wasted your fucking time, the problem isnt the even the recoil, its the fact that it was the only real way to measure someone's skill, in fortnite you got building, in call of duty you got movement, in league you got mechanics, they basically made rust a random dice roll since they removed any kind of skill expression

i think its in discount, its normie central rn srs, you dont gotta spend 500 hours in UKN to learn the recoil pattern anymore, its less fun and competitive overall now but WAYYYYY more beginner friendly, plus saying slurs in all chat isnt that big of a deal so if youre that kindof guy give it a try
