I think he is 17yrs old and i've spoken to him in the past but he has not told me shit except eat good, sleep good and i don't remember the last thing. And he is all about the primal diet so that's what he means by good food. He also has a crazy frame
So if anyone's got any information please share and if Ryggron somehow sees this if he's even on here hit me up.

He had a crazy transformation from 16 to 17 i think. He already had an amazing base but still crazy.
So please give me any information you migh have surrounding his transformation.

Its actually normal during that age, due to puberty. Another reason is lighting an fat loss makes a shit ton of difference. and can give you some crazy mass with the perfect angle
