this is probably the lowest bf ive ever been while having somewhat decent body mass (pic is 2 years old im bigger now)

this is the bf my body looks the best at cuz of my abs, but face wise not. i look better with 3-4% more bodyfat in the face cuz i dont hace a lot of bone mass and a dicaprio tier wide forehead.

so should i go back down to very low bf but look a little worse face wise or stay at 14-15% bf with visible abs but look better face wise

i know that face > body but here its just a little about detail
